Next, we develop comprehensive construction details and coordinate the work of consultants. Our team prepares meticulous documents for agency submittal, client review, and contractor evaluation, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

agency | approvals

We navigate the complex process of securing agency approvals by submitting drawings, responding to comments and questions, and coordinating resubmittals. Our proactive approach ensures a smooth approval process and facilitates the timely procurement of building permits.

bidding / | contract negotiation

We facilitate the bidding process by submitting drawings to potential contractors for pricing. We assist you in evaluating bids, selecting a general contractor, and reviewing construction contracts to make sure they are aligned with the project objectives.

Throughout the construction phase, we serve as active participants in various site visits and project meetings, providing ongoing support and guidance.
